Adirondack Studios (ADKS) has appointed Annabella Colletti to the newly created role of vice president of business operations, according to a press release.
Colletti brings over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, where she has led large-scale projects while enhancing cross-functional collaboration. With an MBA from Wharton, her background includes strategic roles, such as VP of Operations at In Motion Entertainment, where she supported growth through infrastructure and operational improvements. In her new position, Colletti will play a key role in ADKS’s future planning and organizational strategy.
“When we announced our yearlong 50th Anniversary celebration a few weeks ago, I mentioned that we were engaging in a number of initiatives to future-proof our company for our next phase of growth, and hiring Annabella is the perfect example of that,” said Michael Blau, president. “Her MBA degree, her experience working in multiple business sectors from Marketing to Design to Finance, and her systems and solutions mindset make her the natural choice for this new and evolving executive role.”
“I’m thrilled to join a globally renowned company like Adirondack Studios at such an important time in its history, where operational excellence is essential to supporting the studios’ growth and creative vision,” added Colletti. “In my new role, I’m eager to strengthen and develop our departments and processes so teams can focus on imagination over administration.”
At Adirondack Studios (ADKS), Colletti will oversee key operational departments, including HR, IT, Contract Administration and Facilities, to enhance internal efficiency and support strategic growth.
