Silversea Cruises has added to its all-inclusive offer for the upcoming 2022 wave season.
The line said it will provide increased flexibility, additional savings and a limited-time reduced deposit of just 15 per cent.
In addition, new promotional port-to-port fares will give travel agents “additional options to tailor a more personalised programme that is suited to the preferences of their clients”, the luxury line added.
Silversea’s door-to-door fares now include a 15 per cent refundable reduced deposit (normally 25 per cent) on all worldwide voyages sailing through to 31 March 2023, if booked between 6 December 2021 and 28 February 2022.
The port-to-port all-inclusive prices are now available on selected itineraries and departure dates and offer on average about 25 per cent savings compared to door-to-door.
Port-to-port options will be subject to availability and offered for a limited number of Vista and Veranda suites.
Silversea chief commercial officer Barbara Muckermann said: “In anticipation of wave season, we have enhanced our all-inclusive offering with the addition of a reduced deposit and our new port-to-port all-inclusive promotion, designed specifically for those guests who may prefer to design their own pre- and post-cruise travel arrangements.
“This gives our travel advisor partners greater ability to create the perfect travel experience for their clients – whether those clients are seasoned luxury travellers or new to Silversea – and thus increase their sales during wave season.”
In early December, Silversea revealed that its first Project Evolution ship will be called Silver Nova.
Construction on the 728-guest vessel – described as the “first hybrid, luxury cruise ship free of local emissions at port” – is underway at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg.
Silversea’s current refund and cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their booking and receive a 100 per cent future cruise credit or full refund if the guest is prohibited from travelling due to travel restrictions, or should the guest or a member of their travelling party test positive for Covid-19 within 30 days of embarkation.
