Advantage Travel Partnership has launched a cruise-focused marketing campaign to help drive bookings and enquiries.
The campaign coincides with what is an important month for cruise bookings.
Advantage will be working with supplier partners in order to drive interest throughout the month.
Activities and assets are included in the campaign for travel agents to share with customers for cruise holidays.
Advantage Travel Partnership head of marketing David Forder said: “The introduction of Seacations earlier this year has driven a new customer base to cruise and has also been a lifeline for many of our members over the last few months.
“Our dedicated cruise campaign aims to capitalise on this and support members with both customer retention and acquisition activity, by targeting those wanting to get back to all other types of cruising.
“Over the last four weeks, we have seen a 39 per cent increase in cruise bookings vs. the prior four weeks, so this campaign is perfectly timed to help members further boost their cruise bookings.”
Advantage has also created a new issue of its consumer magazine, ‘Navigate’.
The publication features updates, tips and advice about ocean and river cruising. Members will be able to use these resources in their own marketing campaigns.
A ‘hot offer’ Facebook group with cruise month holiday offers will also available for members to share across their own social media platforms.
In addition, each supplied partner will be given their own page on the Advantage members extranet. This allows partners to share campaign offers, promotions, training videos and additional marketing resources for members.
Emails, newsletters, social media messages and a private Facebook group will ensure members stay updated throughout the month.
