“I’m really excited about stepping foot on board a Celebrity ship and enjoying the outstanding luxurious facilities on Celebrity Silhouette. After an extremely trying and horrendous 18 months, it will be an incredible pleasure to do something normal in the industry.”

If Only cruise specialist Lynseyann McLoughlin, another winner of a top prize, said that cruising on Celebrity Silhouette will be “a great way to end the year, feeling like normality is returning”.

“It is so exciting to have won a such an amazing prize,” she added. “I have done a few ship visits but never sailed for longer than two nights. I am excited to experience the wide variety of on-board dining.”

Celebrity Silhouette is the fourth in the line’s fleet to undergo a refit, known as the Celebrity Revolution – the brand’s huge investment in upgrades and reimagined spaces, designed to elevate the guest experience across all aspects. The ship recently departed Southampton on a series of six to eight-night domestic cruises.
