The Celebrity Cruises ship is the fourth in the line’s fleet to undergo a refit, known as the Celebrity Revolution – the brand’s huge investment in upgrades and reimagined spaces, designed to elevate the guest experience across all aspects.

So, what can guests expect to find?

The only place to start is the exclusive open-air hideaway, The Retreat, which is available to suite guests only. This luxurious space features a private sundeck and lounge designed by award-winning British designer Kelly Hoppen.

In The Retreat, guests will see that every tiny detail has been taken care of – from being handed a fresh towel en route to the pool, or a glass of chilled wine brought to the table. Nothing shouts luxury more.

In the on-board spa guests can indulge in some much-deserved relaxation with a rejuvenating treatment, a restorative massage, or by relaxing in The Persian Garden, an oasis featuring a range of aquatic experiences.

Staterooms and suites have also been updated to ensure the luxury flows throughout, with little details such as eXhale bedding featuring a cashmere mattress, and improved storage spaces.

Designer boutiques are the norm, while something that is sure to draw plenty of attention is the augmented reality restaurant, Le Petit Chef. Here, an animated 3D character appears on plates in front of guests and prepares each course.

UK cruising on Celebrity Silhouette

Celebrity Silhouette is currently spending a summer season on a series of six to eight-night itineraries around Britain’s coastline.
