Cunard has launched what it is calling its biggest-ever agent incentive to celebrate its return to service.
For the first time, triple Shine points will be available on bookings made between 26 April and 4 May 2021.
Shine points can be redeemed by agents for full or part payment of a Cunard voyage or other rewards.
The line is due to resume operations with a series of UK voyages, departing from July. It will run 10 British Isles Voyages and three Sun Voyages from Southampton.
Four voyages will make various port calls, including Liverpool, Greenock, Invergordon, Belfast, and Newcastle, as well as a maiden call for Cunard’s fleet to the Welsh port of Holyhead.
Cunard sales director Gary Anslow said: “Cunard’s ground-breaking triple points incentive recognises agents for all their recent work, particularly the collaboration which achieved our busiest booking day for a decade – the first on sale day for our Summer at Sea UK voyages.
“With much to look forward to as our voyages resume 19 July, and after this year’s hiatus, we wanted to do something extra special to celebrate.
“It’s a particularly exciting time as we get ever-closer to once again delivering outstanding and memorable Cunard voyages, with our special slice of luxury.
“We’d like to reaffirm our thanks to our agent community for all their tremendous work in recent months, including collectively breaking booking records, and are looking forward to continued collaboration in this key period ahead of restarting sailing.”
Speaking earlier this month (April), Cunard president Simon Palethorpe said: “Guests are showing that their desire to travel with Cunard is stronger than ever as they seek a slice of luxury and exemplary service.”
UK cruises on Queen Elizabeth will be for UK residents who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Travel insurance will also be mandatory for all guests.
