Holland America Line has announced in a press release that it is kicking off its Alaska cruise season on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
The company added that every Alaska voyage will feature Destination Dining, a “Glacier Day,” three premium dishes created by Chef Morimoto, as well as live cooking shows that teach guests cooking techniques and Alaskan culinary history.
Other culinary highlights include the Alaska Brunch once per cruise and a menu of exclusive cocktails from bartender Sam Ross.
Alaska ships also carry a wildlife expert onboard and a wildlife spotting guide ashore.
The company said that cruise tours range from nine to 18 days and include a one-, two- or three-day visit to Denali National Park. Select tours also include Canada’s Yukon.
The cruise line recently announced a $70 million multi-year investment to expand guest capacity at Holland America Denali Lodge. Enhancements have also been made to the riverside interpretive trail.

2025 Highlights for Denali and Yukon cruise tours
The Nieuw Amsterdam and Noordam will offer Denali cruise tours ranging from nine to 14 days between Vancouver and Anchorage or Fairbanks, Alaska. These include a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise featuring Glacier Bay.
Yukon and Denali cruise tours range from nine to 18 days and include either a three- or four-day Inside Passage cruise on the Koningsdam or Zaandam, or a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise on the Nieuw Amsterdam or Noordam; a two- or three-night stay at Denali; and a journey into the Yukon.
The company said that at Holland America Denali Lodge, a new menu will debut at Canyon Ridge Grill (formerly Canyon Steakhouse), while Karsten’s will offer shipboard favorites.
