Victory Cruise Lines has announced its inaugural shore excursions lineup, featuring over 75 experiences in 2025.

In a press release, the company said guests receive a $500 Shore Excursion Credit per stateroom when booking Toronto to Chicago departures April 26, May 14 or 20, or Chicago to Toronto May 5 or 11 before April 15.

Being the only cruise line to dock at Chicago’s downtown Navy Pier, the 34 departures on the Victory I or Victory II will visit all five Great Lakes in one cruise during the 2025 season, Victory added.

“Drawing on decades of experience and tapping our long-standing local partnerships, we have curated a collection of revealing excursions and memorable experiences with great pride and passion,” said John Waggoner, founder and chairman of Victory Cruise Lines.

Excursions allow guests to enjoy a one- to three-hour experience in each port of call, and they are offered multiple times to ensure all guests can choose an option.

Victory said that Premium Experiences give guests a guided excursion at one or multiple locations that tell a story, focus on a similar topic, or offer a more in-depth understanding. Immersive Experiences provide an opportunity for hands-on, adventurous, or detailed travel moments.

The Victory Cruise Lines Lakelorian program is also available onboard.

Victory added that it will host a special New England & Canada 2025 Reunion Cruise from Portland to Toronto, departing April 16, 2025. The 10-night cruise through the St. Lawrence Seaway and Canadian Maritimes will reunite friends from past voyages featuring notable guest entertainers.

The Victory I will be christened in Toronto on April 27, followed by a nine-night maiden Great Lakes voyage to Chicago and the Victory II will be christened on May 12 at Chicago’s Navy Pier before setting sail to Toronto and calling on all five Great Lakes.

The Victory II’s Chicago festivities will include a Mother’s Day brunch hosted by the Waggoner godmothers.
