Virgin Voyages has enhanced its group booking program, now called “Circles, Groups, and Weddings,” making it easier for travelers and travel advisors to book group trips.

Updates include greater flexibility, better rewards, and benefits like up to a 10 percent discount, $300 in free drinks and a dedicated group dinner.

Ahead of the launch of the Brilliant Lady and new itineraries, the program provides exclusive perks for travelers booking together through a First Mate (travel advisor), including up to a 10 percent travel discount, up to $300 in free drinks and a dedicated group dinner at one of Virgin’s Michelin-inspired restaurants.

• Circles: No cabin minimum, no deposit, more time to form a group, richer combinability (including My Next Virgin Voyage), price and promotion protection, and a complimentary Sea Terrace or 2 percent bonus commission after 10 cabins.
• Groups: Eight-cabin minimum, no deposit, 30-day hold, onboard Bar Tab options, and price and promotion protection.
• Weddings: No cabin minimum, 30-day hold, onboard Bar Tab options, and price and promotion protection.
