Crystal has launched its annual Wellness Retreat Cruises, which include a 15-night journey from Lisbon to Tema from Nov. 26 to Dec. 11, 2025, and a 12-night sailing from Tema to Cape Town from Dec. 11 to Dec. 23, 2025.

Both sailings are aboard the Crystal Symphony and are currently available for booking.

The company said in a press release that the voyages feature wellness curriculums with programs from experts.

These include Crystal’s head nutritionist, Dalila Roglieri; fitness connoisseur Minna McHale; yoga and mental well-being specialist Jenni Demus; and keynote speaker Magnus Appelberg, who is also a somatic therapist, author and cold exposure expert.

“Wellness on Crystal is a holistic approach to health, focusing on finding balance across the many dimensions of your being,” said Roglieri. “Our Wellness Retreat Cruises are designed to show travelers just how beautiful and fulfilling their personal wellness journey can be, especially at sea.”

“Following the success of our first wellness sailings, we are pleased to enhance this transformative experience in 2025,” said A&K Travel Group Chief Product Officer Fernando Delgado.

“These voyages seamlessly blend sophistication, wellness and discovery, providing guests with the inspiration and tools to embrace healthier, more balanced lifestyles,” added Delgado.

According to the press release, highlights are as follows:

Led by Minna McHale, classes will be offered featuring functional training, strength and balance, pool-based exercises and guided walking sessions. Professionals will also lead pickleball and golf clinics.

Jenni Demus will lead morning yoga and mindfulness meditation classes, focusing on enhancing relaxation, mobility and mental clarity.

Magnus Appelberg will guide attendees through strategies for longevity, mental resilience and well-being through workshops and talks, including sessions on strength training, cold exposure and the science of breathing.

The company’s chefs will offer plant-rich dishes in collaboration with Roglieri, as well as cooking classes, detox programs and one-on-one consultations.

The programs will also feature wellness excursions such as nature hikes and botanical experiences, as well as spa treatments including aromatherapy and acupuncture.
